How Do I Receive a Text Message?

  1. First find a text number in the list of text numbers.
  2. Give this number to the person/website/company that wants to send you a message.
  3. View the texts you've received via the link in the final column.

Why Isn't the Number I Used Working?

Each number is shared by everyone meaning for example if a website has already sent a verification code to a number they will remember this number and not send another one to it. If this happens you will just have to try some more numbers until you find one that works.

How Can I Increase My Chances of Finding a Number That Works?

Try picking numbers that don't have many received texts.

Do I Need JavaScript?

No but JavaScript is used for table sorting so for an optimal experience JavaScript is recommended.

How Does This Site Work?

Every 5 minutes we gather a list of free text numbers from a collection of reputable websites and compile those into a single table. The actual receiving of texts is managed by these sites.

Can't a Service Like This Be Abused?

It's true that free text numbers can be used in unfavorable ways but we believe this is outweighed by the benefit it provides to those who don't otherwise have a way to receive texts. Text numbers are increasingly needed to create online accounts but living without these services is not always an option.
